Management of the CAA is by an elected executive committee from within its members. The total membership of CAA at present stands at 250 members. The members consist of people from all walks of life. The elections are held after every two years.

Prof. Nizam ul Hasan is a founding member of CAA and is a Pediatric Surgeon by profession. He is Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He retired from the National Institute of Child Health as Director in 1991. He is former President of the Asian Association of Pediatric Surgeons, Hon. Member of Indian Association of Pediatric Surgeons, Senior Member of British Association of Pediatric Surgeons, past Chairman, Editorial Board, Journal of Pakistan Medical Association and Former Treasurer of Pakistan Medical Association (Center).

Mr. Tariq Shafi, Life Member, is a Businessman and prominent Philanthropist. Life member of CAA and has been actively participating in the running of CAA and sponsoring projects.
